Great food options for both meat and veggie lovers. Bar is decent but you ARE in Utah. Don't come here if you're in a hurry. Great atmosphere, dim lighting and both tables and bar searing are comfy.

OVERCHARGED BIG TIME! I asked for itemized receipt, got a coke taken off- then hunted down server to ask what random $7.95 charge was- she apologiezed and took off. Bill came down significantly after 2 attempts - I still left 20% tip : $7.00 on 36 tab. This place has the right gear to be a five star restaurant - atmosphere, food, which is main ingredients for me! However, service was not very present, and still would have rated higher UNTIL....

This place has a great location and a good patio. The menu is what you would expect with a bar and grill. The nachos weren't good but everything was just fine. I would try this place again.

I've been here every time I come to park city. The food is pretty average. The service is definitely not the greatest. The only thing I like is the s'mores bread pudding and the drinks. We've always sat at the bar so no problems with sitting around and waiting like other Yelpers have commented on. Overall it's decent if you need to grab a bite quickly and you don't want to leave the area.

Waited around 90 minutes to finally give up and leave, asked for the food to go which they still couldn't produce. They produced one appetizer while we were waiting for our food to go which tasted and looked like it had been sitting out for at least 30+ minutes. The place was about 1/3 full, with two waitresses and who knows how many cooks (had to be one I hope). The waitresses were acting overwhelmed even though they maybe had 5 tables to attend to each. They just could not get their act together for whatever reason. Maybe someone quit that day. We saw almost no food leave the kitchen during the 90 minutes we were there and even if this was a one time deal, I still wouldn't recommend it because they could not be honest about whatever situation was going on with the place.

Hit up this spot after a day on the slopes. They have a decent selection of stuff on tap. The wings were crispy, well-flavored, perfection. Maybe I was skewed by my ravenous hunger from a day spent shredding, but I suspect most patrons will end up here with the same handicap. I also got the beef bourginon and ate every last bite. I mean the plate was basically licked clean. And I still wanted to order the chicken pot pie. But I managed to refrain. Not all that pricey considering the location. Solid apres-ski experience.

Waited for service but no one came to table. The staff had plenty of time to talk to each other. I left and went to the Cornerstore. Much better service!

The restaurant is conveniently located at the resort but it's just not that good. I have the Legends Burger and it was pretty bad. Until today I thought you couldn't go wrong with a burger. I was wrong. The service is slow.

Stopped for s beer with my wife after skiing. Took a long time to get service and 20 min to get the beer and glass of wine. Fore go'd the food due to delays. From a 'Local's' perspective to Park City its kind of a happy hour shit show.

My husband and I stopped here after we spend the afternoon at the resort. I'm not a huge eater, so I like to share with my husband, our waitress seemed a bit out out that we were sharing a meal and an appetizer. Got the club and the spinach artichoke dip. The dip was delicious and so was the club, sure it was a bit pricey. we loved the food and the atmosphere, but the service was lacking. We were there on a weekday way after the normal lunch rush and there weren't very many people, yet Our waitress didn't really check on us and wad MIA the whole time. If we were in the area, I'd probably go back, but a bit disappointed in the service.

For a ski lodge - ski in / ski out place - (set expectations accordingly) this place is great - great nachos and wonderful beef Bourgogne - great drinks (miners mule, fresh margarita, spiked hot chocolate).

Sure, it's pricey. It's at the main base lodge of a mountain resort. What do you expect? I think this is a good choice if you are looking for a nice lunch and tasty beverages. They say this is THE Apres Ski spot on this mountain, but I don't know about all that. My wife and I ducked in here for an early lunch. We had French onion soup, a burger, and seared tuna salad. We also each had a beer. With tip...about $70. How's that for pricey-ness? But, I have to say the food was good. Fantastic french onion soup. Overloaded with delicious sweetness from the onions complemented by salty flavor from the broth/cheese. The burger was solid, although get in line out here. I didn't have a disappointing burger the whole time in Park City. The salad could have used more tuna, but overall was good. No amazing mountain view at this place, but it does boast a huge bar, and friendly servers. Decent menu of craft brews, and a steady diet of old school hard rock piped through the place at just the right volume. Ample seating for large groups too. It just seemed too NICE for Apres Ski. I prefer something more like The Corner Store Pub & Grill for my Apres. More pub than grill, live music, mechanical bull. All good things.

It was 6:00 and I was hungry but didnt want to go to main street. I already dined at the Baja this week and that was poor. I've been staying in the Village for a week yearly and never tried Legends, my loss. I was pleasantly surprised since this is a sports bar. First is the appearance, it was clean, there was a young man at the door waiting to seat me. Noise level was low enough I could hear the other tables conversations and they were not talking loud. Cloth Napkins! This bring up the bar, then the host brought me water and said the waitress would be next. The menu was simple, I ordered the burger and fries. While waiting for the burger both the host and waitress kept my water full. Burger was actually very good, bacon was crisp, fries were OK but you can tell when they have been out for a while, but I didn't care, there were so many of them anyway. It just reminds me of why, I don't need to be eating fries. Burger & fries were$17 w/o tip. Fair price, because a drink burger and fries on the mountain is $16 and not near as good as this. I wish I had found Legends 10 years ago. I'll probably eat here once more before I leave.

This was a nice break away from skiing/boarding from PCMR. It was a nice atmosphere with a good bar and a some flat screen TVs showing sports. We ordered the Fish Tacos and a mixed salad with Chicken. Fish tacos were filling but definitely needed some hot sauce. The salad was awesome - with pumpkin seeds. The chicken was a little dry for my taste. The service here was awesome. Bryce was our server and was so nice and energetic. I was a little dehydrated and my glass was ALWAYS full. He hustled his butt to ensure all the customers were taken care of. I'd definitely come back to try the other food or just to grab and apres ski drink! Cheers!

The food was pretty darn good. Better than 3 stars for sure. The salad greens in the ahi salad were as fresh as they come. I live in san Diego and even I haven't seen produce this fresh in a while.

In relation to the other eateries near Park City Mountain Resort, Legends is your safest bet to getting a hearty meal for the price you pay; albeit, that price tag may be a bit expensive. The restaurant is skier/snowboarder friendly so a bunch of people come in for a quick lunch or early dinner after riding the slopes. Unfortuantely, that means every time the two doorways open up to let traffic flow, there's a gust of cold wind that intrudes the place and makes you shiver. Fortunately, as long as you're dressed warm, this shouldn't bother you too much. My biggest qualm was the host and the slight inconsistent service. I can tell that all the staff are nice people and yes, some of them may not want to be stuck working during Christmas Eve or on Christmas Day. But that gives you no reason to make the customer feel uncomfortable or unsure because you yourself are not sure of what you're doing. There seems to be poor or little organization when it comes to how Legends is run. Example 1: I wanted to order a to-go meal for my brother, and I had to be directed 3 times before I was sent to the bar to place my order. Example 2: I specifically asked that my salad be served with the dressing on the side. I got it as I asked, but then there were missing components to my salad... hums? Example 3: I asked that we be seated in a table for five away from the doors when we came in for an early dinner. The host kept going back and forth offering me tables that were BY the doors, and when she finally understood what I was asking, she eventaully made accommadations for it. ugh. I'm slightly irritated. Meh... thankfully the food made up for it! Foods we tried as a family and I had the pleasure of sampling: Ahi Tuna Salad, Southwestern Shrimp Salad, Ahi Tuna Nachos, Fish Tacos, Grilled Salmon, Legends Burger. All of them were pretty good though I would highly recommend the Ahi Tuna Nachos because they are prefect for sharing and the wasabi dressing isn't spicy at all. Plus the coleslaw is refreshing and not drenched in sauce which made me very happy :). My brother who's an extremely picky eater ordered the Fish Tacos twice because they're "that good". The only one I didn't like was the grilled salmon. There were lots of great flavor because the salmon was seasoned well but both the salmon and the side of mashed potatoes were drenched in butter.. too oily for me really. Oh and I loved how the salads were giant! I definitely got my money's worth because the ingredients were fresh and the portion sizes were generous. Will be back again if we're ever back in PCMR. Hopefully the service will have improved by then.

This place absolutely sucks. Service takes forever, servers seem pretty checked out. Food isn't worth the price.

Ate here with my family for lunch on February 17. We had the crabiest waitress I have ever had in my entire life. There was no reason for the untoward behavior. The worst part was that she automatically added her 18 percent tip on the bill She probably knew she was undeserving of a lavish tip. I will never recommend or frequent this restaurant again.

After trying to eat at the Baja Cantina and being told there's an hour and a half wait for dinner, we got a seat at the Legends Bar and Grill immediately. Our party of six got a table by the front window. It was snowing/raining outside, so we had a great view of the action. I ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich and fries. It was pretty good, but nothing special. It was around $13.95. Overall, a good place to eat when everywhere else is full and you don't want to wait. Please see my pictures! Cheers!

Ok. Any of these bad reviews are just down right crazy. That was one of the best meals I have had in a LONG time. Customer service was also excellent. If you come to park City this is a must place to eat!!

We were here so James could get in a few board runs, we picked this place because it was the only one open and serving lunch and Jameson at 11 am. I sat at the bar (waiting for James to go boarding) and ordered a Jameson and Spinach dip. Chips were good, the dip had lots of big chunks of artichokes and a nice big layer of cheese on top, was a 9 out of 10 for sure.

I usually try to write funny reviews but there was nothing funny about this place. I ordered pita chips and artichoke dip. The chips are made daily and left to sit until they are a serious hazard to your teeth. The dip was lumped out of a tin that had clearly been there all day. It was awful, arguably the worst i have been offered on a plate in 10 years. Then just to add to the misery, the barmaid proceeded to tell me that was how the chips came, insinuating I was an idiot, no apology, nothing, shocking frankly........

Grabbed a couple drinks here after a day at Park City. They were able to support our group of 9 and service was good enough. They had some MooCow beer or something like that which was okay for Utah's neutered beer.

Pretty decent bar at the base of park city. The nacho appetizers are huge and a good deal if you want some bar food. The food itself is good but nothing special. It gets very crowded right when slopes close so I would not recommend going between 4pm-6pm unless you want to deal with a long wait and/or standing around the bar.

Legends serves up some decent food whether you are looking for a bite during lunch or after skiing. The restaurant looks upscale but the prices are reasonable with entrees averaging $10-$16 and pints of beer around $5.00 during lunch. A pint of Legends Evolution was only $4.50, which is similar to a Sam Adams Lager. There is a different menu for apres ski (3:00 pm - 6:00 pm). The staff was also very friendly and attentive. The food is decent for a sports bar but nothing really screamed out delicious at our table. I ordered a Legends Burger ($15.95) which is an 8 oz. American Kobe beef patty, applewood smoked bacon, Tillamook cheddar cheese, chipotle aioli, lettuce, onion, and tomato served on a toasted Kaiser bun. Fries are also included. The burger was cooked to preference, also being tender and juicy, however I didn't really find anything that really shined from this burger. For Kobe beef, I found the burger to be rather average tasting, and the cheddar cheese and chipotle aioli didn't seem to help much to accentuate the burger. The fries did not disappoint as they were extra crispy, just how I like them. I also tried the Jumbo Hot Wings (10.95) which are jumbo chicken wings tossed in Legends sweet and spicy sauce. The wings are served with blue cheese dressing, celery sticks, and carrot sticks. The skin on the wings were crispy and chicken meat was very moist. The sauce had some nice oomph, but after a couple wings, I found the sauce to be a bit overpowering, and you'll definitely need something else to mix it up. I like for the sauce on my wings to be subtle enough that it's very tasty, but not overpowering where you can only eat 4-5 wings before being too overbearing. Overall, Legends is a nice place to stop by for a drink and grab a bite while on the mountain. However if you have the time, I would take the free shuttle to Main St. in Park City for some good eats. You can also get there by skiing down to the bottom of the Town Lift chairlift.

My family and I stopped in here for a late lunch/early dinner. I was worried about the service at first because we stood by the "wait for a host to seat you" sign for several minutes before being greeted and we didn't see our waitress for a while after we were seated. With that being said, once our waitress came over she apologized and was great for the rest of the meal. The first thing I noticed was they have a whole page dedicated to their beer selection and a lot of those are local beers on tap. I got to try several beers I've never heard of and they were all delicious. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the local brews ranged from $4 - $6.75. I expected rip off prices at the base of the slopes. We only got a couple appetizers to eat while enjoying our beverages, but that's all we needed as they we rather large portions (5 adults at the table). The chicken nachos were tasty and served on a huge plate. The chicken wings were fantastic. Crunchy and moist, they were the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. So good in fact, we ordered a 2nd serving. If you are looking for a nice brew and tasty food, you can't go wrong here from my experience.

I'm surprised at the poor reviews for this bar/restaurant. Sure, it's not the Ritz or some high class restaurant, but it's convenient, modern and the service is good. I'm really surprised that the reviews of the food aren't great. We ate their twice on our short time in Park City and both the burger and the pot pie stood out as being phenomenal. Great flavor, perfect portion size and really hit the spot after a long morning of skiing. I've seen people complain on here about the price of the food, but I thought it was all reasonable. Maybe it's because I live in LA, but it wasn;t anything out of the ordinary - particularly given the location. DEFINITELY eat here versus going upstairs to the mass produced junk as it's not too dissimilar in price!

This place is bomb.com ! The wings are so good. For $10 totally worth it! I looked upstairs at the cafeteria and it was just as expensive for cafeteria food as it is for a sit down restaurant. The service is good too. It wasn't too busy but we got our food fast. They got a lot of beer on tap.

  • Bonnie C.

Nice bar and atmosphere, but really not ideal since they make it a "sit-down" place, where you have to go through the host, and your whole party has to be there just to seat you. It's also pretty much one of the closest restaurant/bars to the slopes, so prices are higher than the spots literally, right around the corner. Wasn't amazed by the food either, bison chili was alright, but the jumbo wings were...unpleasantly super sweet.

Perfect après snowboarding spot. Sat at the bar, ordered ahi nachos and a pale ale, and Pete took care of the rest. Well done!

Service was HORRIBLE. We went in on New Years Eve for a drink and appetizer before heading to Main Street. Surprisingly, the place was empty! There were hardly any people in there. It seemed like most of the people sitting at the bar were employees who were chatting with the bartender and counting their tips on the counter in front of all the customers. We sat down right in front of the bartender and she pretended we weren't even there until we finally initiated a conversation with her about getting a drink. She didn't offer us a food menu...we just grabbed one ourselves from behind the counter. We ordered the grilled chicken nachos, since all the reviews raved about it. It was pretty good. I won't be returning to this restaurant unless I'm on a break from skiing in the middle of the day. Hopefully your experience will be better than mine!
